Your box will contain 4 resealable jars, containing one of each of the following flavours:

- Vanilla Sponge with Vanilla Buttercream and Raspberry Jam

- Lemon Sponge with Lemon Buttercream and Lemon Curd

- Red Velvet Sponge with Vanilla Buttercream

- Chocolate Sponge with Chocolate Buttercream

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Made in a kitchen which also handles CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, EGGS, FISH GELATINE, MILK, NUTS, SESAME, SOYA, AND SULPHITES.

Suitable for vegetarians. Does not contain alcohol.

Storage

Our cake tasters are best eaten the day after dispatch, but will last well for 3 days once stored in the fridge, and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

The cakes are best eaten at room temperature. Please take them out of the fridge at least 2 hours before serving to enjoy them at their best.

SPONGE INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate Sponge: Sugar, ButterMILK, Flour (GLUTEN), EGG, Margarine (MILK), Cocoa Powder, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Bicarbonate of Soda, Vanilla, Salt.

Lemon Sponge: Flour (GLUTEN), Sugar, EGG, Margarine (MILK), ButterMILK, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Baking Powder, Lemon Zest, Lemon Oil, Salt.

Red Velvet Sponge: Flour (GLUTEN), Sugar, MILK, EGG, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Butter (MILK), Cocoa Powder, Vanilla, Red Food Colouring (Vegan), Vinegar, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda. Salt.

Vanilla Sponge: Flour (GLUTEN), Sugar, EGG, Margarine (MILK), ButterMILK, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Baking Powder, Vanilla, Salt.

BUTTERCREAM INGREDIENTS:

Vanilla Buttercream: Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar, Vanilla, Salt.

Chocolate Buttercream: Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar, Dark Chocolate Ganache (MILK, SOYA), Vanilla, Salt.

Lemon Buttercream: Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar, Lemon Curd (EGG, MILK, SULPHITES).

Vanilla Buttercream: Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar, Vanilla.

SERVINGS
