SPONGE INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate Sponge: Sugar, ButterMILK, Flour (GLUTEN), EGG, Margarine (MILK), Cocoa Powder, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Bicarbonate of Soda, Vanilla, Salt.

Lemon Sponge: Flour (GLUTEN), Sugar, EGG, Margarine (MILK), ButterMILK, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Baking Powder, Lemon Zest, Lemon Oil, Salt.

Red Velvet Sponge: Flour (GLUTEN), Sugar, MILK, EGG, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Butter (MILK), Cocoa Powder, Vanilla, Red Food Colouring (Vegan), Vinegar, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda. Salt.

Vanilla Sponge: Flour (GLUTEN), Sugar, EGG, Margarine (MILK), ButterMILK, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Baking Powder, Vanilla, Salt.

BUTTERCREAM INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate Buttercream: Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar, Dark Chocolate Ganache (MILK, SOYA), Vanilla, Salt.

Lemon Buttercream: Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar, Lemon Curd (EGG, MILK, SULPHITES).

Vanilla Buttercream: Butter (MILK), Icing Sugar, Vanilla.

SPREADS:

Raspberry Jam: Sugar, Raspberries, Lemon Juice, Pectin.

Lemon Curd: Sugar, EGG, Lemon Juice (SULPHITES), Butter (MILK), Agar, Lemon Oil.

Made in a kitchen which also handles CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, EGGS, FISH GELATINE, MILK, NUTS, SESAME, SOYA, AND SULPHITES.

Suitable for vegetarians. Does not contain alcohol.

SERVINGS
2-3 servings per tub (minimum 240g per tub)

Equivalent of 3 cupcakes, sent in a 400ml resealable jar.

Storage

Our cake jars are best eaten the day after dispatch, but will last well for 3 days once stored in the fridge, and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

The cakes are best eaten at room temperature. Please take them out of the fridge at least 2 hours before serving to enjoy them at their best.
